ESPERT 4050EV SEMIAUTOMATIC SHRINK-WRAPPING: L-SEALERS WITH SHRINK TUNNEL

These models have been conceived to be used when more automation is required, in fact the only thing the operator has just to do is to insert the product into the film and to move it onto the sealing area, as the rest of the working cycle ( sealing, product removal and transfer inside the shrink tunnel) happens automatically. Ideal for low-medium outputs. An alternative choice to "one-step®" systems with a very easy use.

4 DIFFERENT WORKING CYCLES

• Continuous conveyor belt motion (for single small/medium size products) : in this case the operator puts the product in the sealing area on a steel plate which is above the conveyor; he seals the product and then he moves the product on the conveyor belt.
• Step-by-step conveyor belt motion (for an easy feeding of multiple products): each time the operator makes a sealing, the belt stops. 
• Start-and-stop conveyor belt motion (to extend the shrinking time when required): the belt starts to move after sealing for an adjustable time, the packet enters the tunnel and the belt stops for an adjustable time so that the packet is shrinked and then it comes out.
• Belt with two-ways direction (the operator works in the same place) it is the same same cycle as the previous one but the packet comes back to the operator.
