Making A Purchase
Making a purchase with us is very simple. Just follow the instructions at checkout (if Purchasing Online) or if you prefer call our sales team on 01462-712222. Our sales team will be on hand to assist you in your purchase.
Once you have placed your order with us, you will receive by return a confirmation email (if purchased online), a full VAT invoice will be sent with your purchase. We will then notify you by email as to the progress of the order.
Personalised goods or goods made to a consumer specification cannot be returned or cancelled. Please consider this carefully before placing your order.

PVC Shrink Film
PVC has a 3 month shelf life from date of supply, PVC must be stored out of sunlight in a cool environment.
We retain the right to make adjustments to the pricing on this site or price lists to take account of any increase in our suppliers' prices, the imposition of any taxes or duties. Or if due to an error omission, the price published for the goods is incorrect regardless of the status of the order.
Online Pricing Policy - Prices here within the shop/online are 15% cheaper than account orders, credit accounts attract administration costs and risks thus we have structured our pricing policy to give attractive discounts when paying with order or at time of purchase.
Payment can be made using all major credit cards, Bacs, transfer, Papal or by cheque subject to clearing prior to shipping.
Shipping & Handling Mainland UK & Overseas Shipping Costs - Prices are quoted at checkout, please ensure you have selected the correct shipping for your order, incorrect selection can delay shipping. POA means Price On Application, if in doubt please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01462 712222 for assistance. We can ship worldwide but it is subject to you paying the full shipping, packing and handling costs involved.(see prices)
The majority of our smaller parcel deliveries are handled by DHL Couriers Network, Parcel force and Royal Mail.
On arrival, all goods must be inspected carefully for any signs of damage or shortage by the customer, or your approved agent at the delivery address given at the time of placing your order. Please take your time and inspect the goods before signing the delivery note. In the unlikely event that you do find any damage or shortage, please ask the driver to take the goods back with them, or sign the delivery document as damaged.
Please open all the boxes or parcels as soon as they arrive. You have 3 days to notify Galley Pak of any damage.
If we are not notified of damage within this time, you agree to indemnify Galley Pak in full against any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 3 days. Any items shrink film, goods, spares or machinery collected by the purchaser or purchasers agent are collected in good condition, once they leave or premises the purchaser has accepted the goods as being in good condition, Galley-Pak are not liable for any damage thereafter.
Please do not install your product if it is damaged, as once it is installed you have agreed to it being in good condition.
If you have any issues regarding delivery either before or after placing your order please feel free to contact our customer support team on 01462-712222 or by email email@example.com Please have your unique customer reference number available when contacting us, it makes locating your details that much easier and faster for you. Please ensure that you give us the correct delivery address at the time of ordering your goods, as changing delivery address can cause major logistical problems resulting in time delays. Sometimes even having to recall goods from our carriers back to our warehouse, in order to re-package and re-send them. Changing delivery addresses will in some circumstances be chargeable at £25.00 + VAT to cover administration costs.
Shipping outside of the UK, Galley Pak will track and trace orders within the UK, once am item leaves the UK Galley Pak are not liable for delays, losses or damages. It is the purchasers responsibility to deal with any postal or customs delays within their own country.
Non arrival of goods must be reported within 14 days from purchase (apart from delayed shipping pre notified by Galley Pak) Galley Pak are not liable after 14 days for either refund or replacement of goods.
Galley Pak reserve the right to change shipping method.
Most items are dispatched to the customer within 2-6 working days of your order being received. Where a product is not in stock or is on an extended delivery period, we will email you to advise on an anticipated delivery date.
Delivery dates are approximate and no liability whatsoever is accepted in respect of late or delayed deliveries. Please do not book your engineer or installer before you received and inspected the goods.
Courier Delays We are not responsible for courier delays, these can be caused by adverse weather, incorrect or incomplete address etc, we do track items and endeavour to ensure we use professional delivery services.
If your item is not in stock, we will place a back order for you. You will always be emailed and informed about any delays. You have the option to wait if you are happy to do so, or you have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, the choice is yours.
Orders from Galley Pak are subject to UK VAT at 20%. All prices shown on our EKM online shop are without VAT to make prices totally clear to everyone. VAT is added at Checkout. Items listed on eBay are inclusive of VAT according to eBay policy
In order to dispatch (sell) goods free of VAT to an EU customer (Outside of the UK), we will need your VAT registration number.
Credit Card Security
We treat your credit and debit card security as our priority. We want you to have a great safe and secure shopping experience with Galley Pak. Your personal details and security could not be safer. Our payment section uses 128-bit encryption, which is the highest security level. Your personal details are entered directly onto our payment processing companies' 128-bit encrypted pages. Your credit and debit card details are not held on our system at all.

In the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, Galley Pak will validate the names, addresses, and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records (e.g Electoral Roll data, Credit Reference Services). A third party may also be instructed to complete these checks. By ordering from the Galley Pak website you consent to such checks being made. Any information given may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of the information. All information provided will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Most products sold by Galley Pak are subject to the manufacturers guarantees terms. Ranging from 30 days to 12 months - Machinery Warranty is as OEM description and does not include consumables or labour. RTB Warranty means return to base at your cost, labour once back at our workshop will be free of charge during warranty period, any normal consumables (as per oem warranty) or parts required due to misuse, damage or accident etc will be chargeable as will be associated labour, if you wish us to repair on site during warranty then our standard zone and labour charges apply payable at time of repair.
GUARANTEE Italdibipack Machinery
The guarantee is valid for a period of 12 (twelve) months from the date of delivery of the wrapping machine. Any work carried out under warranty must be performed by ITALDIBIPACK S.p.A./Galley-Pak or their authorised distributors. During the guarantee period, ITALDIBIPACK S.p.A. will replace, free of charge, any parts found to be faulty due to hidden defects in the materials or defects due to the construction, working and assembly carried out in its factory, where the pieces to be replaced or the machine must be returned carriage paid. In the case in which the replacement or repair must be carried out at the customer’s premises, the labour, travelling expenses and accommodation of the technicians or installers will be at the total expense of the customer. The guarantee explicitly excludes all those pieces subject to normal wear (such as sealing blades, Teflon tape, rubbers, seals, etc.) and electrical parts. The supplier is liable for faults deriving from the normal use of the machine, and not for those deriving from: - incorrect installation; - lack of maintenance; - incorrect machine use; - tampering or repairs carried out by the customer; - unauthorised modifications; - connection to incorrect power supply; - in the case in which the machine is no longer the property of the original purchaser; - use in a different manner than that described in the instructions. Furthermore, ITALDIBIPACK S.p.A./Galley-Pak will not be liable for any damage to people or property distinct from the machine covered by the guarantee, nor for any loss of production. ITALDIBIPACK S.p.A./Galley-Pak refuses all liability for damage caused to people or property in the case in which the machine is not earthed.
GUARANTEE Minipack Torre Machinery
The guarantee runs for 6 months and goes into force on the delivery date of the machine. The guarantee covers free replacement or repair of any parts due to defects arising from faulty material The repairs or replacement are usually carried out at the manufactures, with transport or workmanship at buyer’s charge If the repair or replacement is carried out at the buyer’s premises, he shall bear the travelling, transfer and workmanship charges. Work under guarantee can be carried out exclusively by the manufacturer or by the authorised dealer. In order to be entitled to repairs under the guarantee, the faulty part must be sent for repair or replacement to the manufacturer or his authorised dealer. The return of such repaired or replaced part will be considered to be the performance of the guarantee.
The guarantee is voided:
1. In case of failure to mail the CERTIFICATE OF GUARANTEE, duly filled in and signed, with in 20 days after the date of purchase.
2. In case of inappropriate installation, power supply, misuse and mishandling by unauthorised persons.
3. In case of changes made to the machine without prior agreement in writing by the manufacturers.
4. If the machine is no longer the property of the first buyer.
MINIPACK-TORRE S.p.A./Galley-Pak are legally entitled to decline any responsibility for damage to persons or things in case of inappropriate installation or connection to the power mains or omission of connection to earth or in case of any mishandling of the machine.
The manufacturers undertake to carry out any variations and changes made necessary by technical and operating requirements.
GUARANTEE Reconditioned & Part Ex Machinery
Any guarantee is valid for a period of (agreed at time of sale) from the date of delivery/collection of the wrapping machine. Any work carried out under warranty must be performed by Galley-Pak or their authorised distributors. Furthermore, Galley-Pak will not be liable for any damage to people or property distinct from the machine covered by the guarantee, nor for any loss of production. Galley-Pak refuses all liability for damage caused to people or property in the case in which the machine is not earthed.
Machinery which is marked PX to clear etc, and/or machinery Galley-Pak does not support are offered as described and strictly with no warranty.
Please note that the guarantee will not be valid for orders delivered outside of the UK mainland or if the product is not installed by a qualified installer (where appropriate). Machines having been tampered with by non authorised service engineers will be void of warranty.

Galley Pak does not disclose buyer's information to third parties. Cookies are used on our site, but these are only used to keep track of your shopping trolley contents once you have selected an item. Any information given at the time of ordering is collected by us for the sole intention of completing your order. If any item has any faults or manufacturing defects on delivery, it will be replaced at our expense.
Changed Your Mind?
You may withdraw from this agreement at any time up to 7 days after we have delivered the goods to you. If we have delivered the goods, you must not have used them and must have kept them in the condition as they were delivered. You must return them to us, at your cost. A Re Stocking charge will apply

The goods must be returned to us in perfect condition as delivered, with the original undamaged packaging. You should not write anything on the product packaging as the product will not be in a saleable condition and you will not be refunded.
If you are returning the goods it is recommended that you take out insurance against damage or if the goods go missing. Please ensure you wrap the parcel up in an outer box, this way the display or original box will not get damaged.
If you wish to return the goods more than 7 days after we have delivered them to you, this would be at our discretion and up to a maximum of 30 days. You must not have used the goods and must have kept them in the condition they were delivered. You must return them to us, at your cost. There may be an additional administration charge of up to 40% of the purchase price of the goods returned. Please inspect your goods upon arrival.
We will reimburse any amounts you have paid to us within 30 days of return of the goods, having deducted any return costs and administration fee if applicable.
We try to ensure that information on our site is accurate, complete and up-to-date. In using this site, however, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions, which take effect on the date when you first use the site.
